Northern Caribbean University (NCU) is offering tuition grants of JMD $60,000 (or USD equivalent) each to the first 100 applicants from June 15 to July 15 for admission in August 2022. The disbursement of the grant would be $30,000 upfront and the balance available in a subsequent year.

Interim Vice President for Student Services Carolyn Smith announced the incentives during NCU CONNECTION held recently on YouTube. She added that the university has also waived the JMD $2,000 application fee until July 15, 2022.

NCU is also offering tuition grants of JMD $50,000 (or USD equivalent) each to the first 100 persons who have paused their studies but wish to resume. The first $25,000 would be disbursed upfront and the balance would be available in a subsequent year.

Mrs Smith congratulated 17 applicants who had received Early Bird Scholarships with bursaries of JMD $100,000.
